Generally speaking- no. We have regular office hours to handle most types of projects. These hours are posted on our website and via our telephone system. Appointments are required for editing and video production projects.
Our turnaround is typically 2-3 business days for most projects. We also have same day and express services.

Yes. Once we receive your materials, we will send you an invoice that details your services. The email will also include a link for online payment. After payment is received we will complete your project and ship back your new CD/DVD/Digital Files and your original items. Return shipping and handling is $10.95 per order.

We can transfer a variety of formats: VHS, VHS-C, Beta, Sony 8mm, Hi-8, Digital-8 and Mini-DV, We also transfer DVCAM plus PAL and Secam formats.
We charge a flat rate per tape to transfer the entire contents of a videotape to DVD or digital file.
To insure that we capture every second of your video content, we play your entire tape from start to finish in real time. Many people have not watched their videotapes in years! Sometimes it is hard to remember the exact content. Our pricing policy reflects our commitment to process every tape thoroughly.
As a convenience, we can add tapes to the same DVD up to the 2 hour limit. We will edit out any blank space at the end of a tape, and then add the next one. All tapes must fit in their entirety.
We will transfer the entire content of your tape from the beginning to the end. This also includes taped-over TV shows, sporting events and commercials. We will edit out blank content at the end of the tape; however intermediate gaps or blank video are not removed.
We have a great service called FREEVIEW that allows you to review up to 5 of your mystery tapes at home. Call us to discuss the details.
Yes, we can edit the contents of your videos and combine them in creative ways. At this point, however, the project is no longer considered a straight transfer and is priced according to our hourly editing rate.
We can convert many popular formats to digital: Albums, Audio Cassettes, Reel-to-Reel Audiotape and Mini Cassettes
Simply put,it comes down to how you would like to listen to your music. If you want to use a car or home stereo, then CD is the way to go. If you are looking for a format that you can add to a personal device like an iPod, then you will want to use digital files. It is common for clients to believe that their project is simple and won’t take that long. In reality, editing usually takes longer than customers think. It is our goal, to complete your project in the shortest time possible, while providing the highest possible quality. Feel free to call us for an estimate of your project.
Not necessarily. Many of our clients are able to drop off their projects and provide us with detailed directions so we can edit their video for them. This can really be a time saver for you. You can go about your business while we are editing your project. When completed you simply come back for a viewing and approval or we can send you a private online link to review the project.
